SALES CENTER MANAGEMENT

The Prospector's Group is an outsourced sales center working in the commercial insurance industry with a focus on the property/casualty markets. Our clients range from very prestigious national and international insurance companies, to large local independent insurance agencies.

The appropriate candidate will initially perform integral activities associated with sales prospecting and market research. He or she will be personally responsible for initiating telephone contacts with businesses (middle to fortune markets). The prospectors will speak one-on-one with specific decision-makers in the target market database (CEO, CFO, Risk Managers), discuss the variables of the business insurance, and secure expiration information on current policies. Computer experience as well as proficiency in written and verbal communication expected.

Your challenge will be to learn our system, utilize a wide variety of communicative strategies to develop interest, understand issues, and define where applicable, the need for our clients' services. We provide ongoing, professional training to help our employees accomplish the job as well as develop career and personal goals. Opportunity is what you make of it!
